If you haven't received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please contact info@absolutelymolly.com in case there is an issue with your order. Please check your spam or junk folder before contacting us, in case the confirmation was redirected there.

As a rule, we only cancel orders if there is a stock issue or if you have asked us to cancel. Please accept our apologies if your order is cancelled due to an issue on our end. We will always offer you an alternative product and process a full refund as quickly as possible.

Our delivery times are typically between 5 and 12 working days. If delivery takes longer than expected, please contact us as soon as possible at info@absolutelymolly.com

There is only a short window between placing your order and us starting to process it. If you contact us immediately after placing your order at info@absolutelymolly.com, we may be able to cancel before processing. Otherwise, we'll ship your order and you can return it if you wish after receipt.

We aim to process refunds within three days of receiving the returned item. Please note that your bank may take several days to credit the payment back to your account. In that case, allow up to ten working days after returning the item before contacting us about your refund. We'll email you to confirm the refund has been processed.

You can absolutely return your item within 30 days of receipt, provided it is undamaged, unused and in its original packaging with all tags attached. Unfortunately, we don't offer exchanges. If you're unsure about clothing size, we recommend ordering the larger size.

You can simply stick to your usual size. If you're still in doubt, you can always check the size chart for the relevant product.

The size chart lists body parts horizontally and sizes vertically. Measure the relevant part of your body and check the chart in cm to find the matching size.
